Update the Bios on a Cablecast Live 340 to support Cablecast 6.4

Cablecast customers using Live 340 encoders are required to preform a BIOS update before completing the upgrade to Cablecast 6.4.

Please follow the update guide very closely and do not allow the update process to be interrupted as it may cause damage to your machine.
